Data Collection : Unit Information : Location Address : Building: 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461 Floor: 2nd Order Detail: Facility Department Number (Cost Center) : C0003/ CC 67800 Discipline (RN, LPN, PT etc …) : ED Specia lty (Med Surg, ICU, L&D etc …) Emergency room Quantity: 3 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift times : 7 p - 7:30 a Call Requirements : no call Weekends: Every other weekend General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 3 3 Number of Staff – 85 Type of staff : Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) - 1 charge nurse, 9 nurses, 3 PCT (CNA), 2 sitters Night Shift - 1 charge nurse , 9 nurse s , 3 PCT (CNA), 2 sitters Patient Ratios – 4:1 occasional 5:1 when critical comes in to trauma room Type of equipment – Philips monitors EMR - EPIC Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs Experience no less then 2 years of current ED experience BLS/ACLS/TNCC required PALS preferred Must pass EKG exam List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Chest tubes Central line/Art Line placement Sedation Rapid infusion Wound care.
