ReceptionManager Rutland £30,000 - £35,000 Benefits of Joining the Team: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. 28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays (increasing to 33 days with length of service). Role Overview: The Reception Manager is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient processes. This role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, and enhancing the guest journey. Key Responsibilities: Motivate, lead, and develop the team to exceed service expectations. Manage rotas, absences, and clock cards for team members. Implement company procedures and operational standards. Oversee and maintain the property management system for effective operations. Train and support the team to handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly. Manage and resolve guest concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Optimize sales, maximize room occupancy, and use upselling techniques to drive revenue. Report weekly on key performance indicators. Take responsibility for managing incidents, accidents, or fire evacuations. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and address any issues promptly.
