Job Title: Night Concierge Location: Elephant and Castle, London Salary: Up to £32,000 Bonus Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Concierge to join a great team at a prestigious Build to Rent scheme in Elephant and Castle. This high-end residential development demands excellence in service, and we are looking for someone who can provide a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide a first-class service to residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Monitor and manage access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of all residents. Handle resident inquiries, bookings, and requests, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are safe and secure. Manage and coordinate deliveries, including parcels and special requests. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house areas. Assist in emergency situations, following protocols to ensure resident safety. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a concierge or customer-facing role, ideally within a luxury residential environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience with security systems and protocols is an advantage. Flexibility to work the 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
