Portfolio Management Surveyor Sheffield £35,000 - £45,000 I am delighted to be partnering with a prestigious FTSE-listed business seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting portfolio of retail parks across the Midlands and North. Key Responsibilities Landlord & Tenant Matters: Manage all landlord and tenant (L&T) matters on designated assets, contributing to the achievement of departmental and asset-level targets. Service Charge Management: Oversee service charge budgets, caps, and reconciliations, addressing queries and ensuring accurate financial management. Reporting: Coordinate and prepare management reports, as well as meet other reporting requirements that may arise. About You Qualifications: Studying for or having completed an RICS-accredited degree. Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in commercial property management, with a strong focus on service charge and L&T matters. Skills: A proactive team player who can also independently manage a diverse workload, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.
