Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Manage stock levels, and portion control, and minimize wastage to achieve GP targets. Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team, fostering a positive working environment. Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth operations. Uphold and enforce health and safety policies and procedures. What You Bring Proven experience in a similar role within a large, fresh-food-focused pub or restaurant. Strong understanding of GP management and stock control. Leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
