What you will do: Collaborate with Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy staff to deliver effective patient care. Conduct group sessions, promoting wellness and recovery among patients. Utilise your knowledge in falls prevention and frailty to support patient safety and rehabilitation. Operate various walking aids and OT equipment confidently and competently to facilitate patient mobility. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report to senior staff as needed.
