Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences by leading the Guest Relations team and collaborating closely with the Front Office and Concierge teams. You will ensure that guest needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to Reschio's philosophy, values, and service standards. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Guest Relations team in delivering seamless, high-quality service throughout the guest stay; Provide attentive and personalized service, escorting and assisting guests to enhance their experience. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded from pre-arrival to departure, proactively addressing their needs and preferences; Collaborate with the Front Office and Concierge teams in daily operations and guest interactions; Conduct thorough handovers to ensure continuity in guest service across shifts; Maintain effective communication between the Guest Relations team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery; Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and a proactive approach to service; Uphold high standards of hygiene, grooming, and professionalism within the Guest Relations team; Oversee and monitor the proper use of equipment, supplies, and materials. What We Require: Proven experience in a Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar supervisory role within luxury hospitality; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering personalized and attentive guest service; Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Italian, French, or German) is highly desirable; A deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations; Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently and professionally; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in hotel management systems and office software.
