Context and Purpose of the Job You will join our company Giorgio Armani, working in the HR Team in Milan. As Junior HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact and, collaborating with your HR Manager, you will support the employees of your areas in every HR related situation. Responsibilities Provide an advisory service to employees on all HR matters Fill and update the internal management tool with employees’ data Support the HR Manager in all processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, change of hours, off-boarding Take part in the hiring processes across the assigned business units Prepare and manage HR documents Update and provide reports, analysis, and presentations to support meetings Requirements Must Have Skills Degree in Economics, Humanities 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Great communication and organizational skills, positive and flexible attitude, attention to detail, problem solving Strong passion for human resources Interest in fashion and luxury Fluent in English We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
