We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef de Partie who is committed to delivering exceptional dessert creations with creativity and precision. If you are excited about working in a dynamic, high-end kitchen and are dedicated to creating beautiful and delicious pastries, we invite you to apply and be part of our talented culinary team. - Prepare, cook, and present a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to the Hotel’s menu and specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. - Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and other kitchen team members to develop seasonal menus, create new dessert offerings, and contribute innovative ideas to the dessert section. - Take full responsibility for the pastry section, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and high standards of quality. Supervise and train junior pastry staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and techniques. - Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, of high quality, and in adequate supply. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory management for the pastry section. - Maintain strict quality control over the presentation, texture, and flavor of all desserts and baked goods. Conduct regular quality checks and rectify any issues promptly. - Ensure that the pastry section adheres to all health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards, food safety, and proper handling and storage of ingredients. - Ensure desserts are prepared and plated efficiently, working in coordination with other sections of the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery during service. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the pastry section, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and in working order. vetrinabakeca
