Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for creating a positive and professional impression. Your primary responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. 2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. 3. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital. 5. Develop and implement effective filing systems. _Communication and Customer Service (20%)_ Requirements _Education and Experience_ 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. 3. 1-2 years of administrative experience. _Skills and Qualifications_ 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 2. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. 3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
