Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing care to elderly clients. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and salary of £15 per hour. As a Support Worker , you will provide care and assistance to an elderly clients, supporting their daily activities, fostering positive relationships, and prioritising their well-being. You will be responsibilities for: Assist with daily care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and supporting personal care. Build and maintain positive relationships, always ensuring dignity and respect. Monitor and record physical, emotional, and behavioural needs, reviewing changes and providing updates. Participate in recreational events, both within the home and in the wider community. Contribute actively to team development and maintain accurate records. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Care Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker or in a similar role. Passion for care and a desire to contribute to the development of others. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Valid UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK.
