Role Description: Field Service Low Voltage Technician We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Low Voltage Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems, troubleshooting issues, providing on-site field service, and delivering exceptional customer support. The position is based in the Miami-Palm Beach area, with occasional travel required. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems, including cable running and fiber optic installation. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Provide professional and responsive on-site field service. Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication and problem resolution. Qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service. Experience with cable running and fiber optic installation. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience with low voltage systems is highly desirable. Technical certification or a relevant degree in a related field is a plus.
