By traveling the world and capturing our collections in the destinations we are inspired by, we bring our clothes to life, building not just a wardrobe, but a lifestyle representative of our signature exclamation point Role Description This is a full-time on-site role (M-TH in office, Fri Remote) for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Daily Drills. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in owning and executing digital marketing tactics to drive growth and engagement, with the primary goal of acquiring new customers. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this individual will focus on performance marketing, email, SMS, SEO, and social content strategies, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and resonate with the Daily Drills audience. Collections drop every other Wednesday, requiring agile and creative marketing approaches to maximize engagement and sales. Additionally, this person will lead initiatives to balance core sales strategies with drop hype sales to ensure sustained growth and customer engagement. This hands-on role requires a creative thinker with a sharp eye for content, someone who can craft compelling campaigns that not only drive results but also resonate deeply with the Daily Drills audience. Note : This is a new initiative, as Daily Drills currently has no active ad spend. The Digital Marketing Specialist will have the unique opportunity to develop and execute performance marketing strategies from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Own, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and other performance channels to drive customer acquisition. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs. Identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape to enhance campaign effectiveness. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, create and update meta tags, and build high-quality backlinks. Regularly monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, identify opportunities for growth, and adjust strategies to align with evolving search engine algorithms. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all platforms. Email and SMS Marketing: Own, develop and execute email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention. Segment audiences and create targeted campaigns tailored to customer behavior and lifecycle stage. Monitor and report on campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to inform future strategy. Content Planning and Ideation: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to brainstorm and plan social and digital content that aligns with broader marketing objectives. Assist in creating and curating compelling, on-brand digital content for email, SMS, Instagram and other marketing channels. Craft captivating copy for digital channels that speaks directly to the Daily Drills audience, ensuring an authentic and engaging tone across all platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to inform content strategy and maintain relevance. Data and Reporting: Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards. Gather and analyze data across email, SMS, Google Analytics, and digital campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to the Marketing Director with recommendations for optimization. Community Building and Engagement: Support initiatives to foster customer loyalty and engagement, including referral and rewards programs, ambassador programs, and other digital activations. Assist in developing app-based community-building efforts that encourage customer interaction and brand affinity. Requirements: Experience leading digital marketing campaigns is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, email, and SMS. Experience in managing yearly digital budgets of over $500,000 Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a drop based business model is a plus. Knowledge of app-based marketing and community engagement strategies. Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes autonomy, passion for the brand and an immense drive to grow the Company and achieve results.
