Role Description We are seeking a Front Desk Assistant for our Los Angeles office with strong interpersonal skills and a thorough attention to detail (bilingual in Spanish a plus). As the Front Desk Assistant, you're on the front line of our firm's business operations. The ideal candidate will be ambitious to grow with increased responsibility and duties - we are looking for someone long-term who wants to build a career with our firm. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative duties, providing receptionist services, and maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues. The role involves handling phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others. Professional and friendly demeanor when speaking on the phone. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Works well under pressure and is able to meet deadlines. Responsible, dependable and trustworthy. Self-starter and able to perform routine tasks without supervision. Responsibilities Greeting clients and general hospitality. Managing multi-line phone system. Preparing outgoing mail, sorting & distributing mail, and creating labels and stamps. Ordering office supplies, snack and drink items for the office, inventory on items in stock, and restocking items. Data entry of checks via Excel. Schedule Zoom/Teams meetings via Outlook. Opening and closing the office (turning on/off lights, locking doors). Managing visitor and repair personal access with building management. Creating schedule for phone coverage during lunch. Job Details This is a full-time, on-site position. $20-$22/Hour DOE
