Company Description NEXUS Club London is a new, private membership club in the Kensington neighborhood of London. It is part of the NEXUS Luxury Collection portfolio and offers top-notch dining, meeting spaces, fitness and wellness facilities, and children’s areas. The club aims to redefine city living by providing excellent service and personalized member experiences. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Reception at NEXUS Club London. The Head of Reception will be responsible for overseeing all receptionist duties, managing phone etiquette, utilizing clerical skills, facilitating communication, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis. The Head of Reception will manage multiple systems and take control of all F&B reservations, Fitness, Spa, E-Gaming and Golf Simulator bookings. This is a complex operation that requires someone tech savvy and very organised. London luxury hospitality experience essential. Background in luxury restaurants desired. Qualifications Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in managing reception operations and staff Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in a hospitality or club environment is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
