Head Chef

We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to join our friendly team in the heart of Mayfairat Hideaway, A casual eatery brought to you by the team behind HIDE. Located on Mount Street it has fast become a destination spot known for it's coffee selection & a café twist on HIDE's food hits. Hideaway is a fast paced and exciting place to be. Our extensive food and drinks menu is constantly changing and evolving - paired with access to the finest ingredients and equipment this means there are always delicious things to be tasting and serving to our guests. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the restaurant, including menu development, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role requires leadership skills to manage the kitchen team, control costs, and innovate culinary offerings to enhance the dining experience and align with the establishment's vision.
