PROPERTY DIRECTOR Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive Benefits Industry: Retail About the Role Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing high street brand, is seeking an experienced Property Director to lead their UK property strategy. Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive the expansion of their portfolio, oversee site acquisition, design, construction, and facilities management, and deliver on their ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the property strategy, identifying and securing prime locations across the UK in high streets, retail parks, and travel hubs. Lead the end-to-end process of site acquisition, design, construction, and facilities management. Manage and inspire the property and construction teams, ensuring they deliver results aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align property decisions with the company’s growth plans. Negotiate leases, build and maintain strong landlord relationships, and ensure full lease compliance. Manage Capex and Opex budgets, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation. Innovate in store design, construction methods, and materials to deliver cost-efficient and high-quality results. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in managing a UK-wide real estate portfolio and delivering successful rollout programs for a high street retail or F&B brand. Deep knowledge of UK property markets, lease structures, and industry trends. Established relationships with landlords, brokers, contractors, and designers within the UK. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions. Exceptional negotiation skills and experience handling complex lease agreements. Inspirational leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to managing high-performing teams. A results-oriented mindset and passion for innovation in property and design. Why Apply?
