Luxury Residential Day Concierge- Full time- Permanent Location: Central London Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Hours : Pitman Rota, 12 hour shifts We are looking for a Mandarin speaker to support the front of house concierge team in the day-to-day operations of the lobby area at an ultra luxury residential building in Central London . You must provide a highly professional, friendly, and efficient service to all residents, ensuring a warm welcome, a memorable experience, and a seamless move-in and out process. Key Responsibilities: Assist with ensuring a smooth move-in and out process for owners and residents. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby, front entrance, staircase, and lifts at all times. Help liaise with residents, contractors, managing agents, and other visitors. Ensure complete resident satisfaction by delivering a memorable and professional experience. Handle assigned tasks and perform other reasonable duties as required. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to both residents and colleagues. Ensure effective shift handovers by giving and receiving detailed handover notes. Safeguard and manage pass keys in compliance with key policies. Monitor arrival and departure schedules to anticipate and address visitor needs. Respond to resident and visitor enquiries, seeking assistance when necessary. Promptly report any accidents, near misses, or hazards to your manager or supervisor. Be familiar with the fire policy and emergency procedures, including how to respond to an activation. Conduct regular building patrols to ensure the safety of residents and the premises.
