The Role: As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring they can focus on driving revenue and building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Travel Coordination: Booking flights, hotels, and managing travel arrangements for the sales team. CRM Management: Updating and maintaining customer relationship management systems to ensure accurate records and reporting. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales documentation. Research: Conducting market and customer research to support the sales team in identifying new opportunities. Event Support: Assisting with the organization and attendance of industry events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up. About You: You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have proven experience in a Sales Support or similar role. Are highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Are confident using CRM systems and have a good grasp of Microsoft Office tools.
