Interim Head of FP&A - Multisite Restaurant £700/day London (Hybrid Working) Interim (6 months, with potential for extension) AF0031 Company Turnover: £80m Status: Private Equity-Backed About the Company: We are partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing multisite restaurant business with £80m in revenue, backed by a leading private equity firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance team and play a crucial role in shaping the company’s financial strategy during a period of growth and transformation. The Role: As the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial insights, driving operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making across the business. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the FP&A function and work closely with stakeholders to provide detailed analysis, robust forecasting, and actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the FP&A function, delivering detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Provide insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. Partner with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and private equity investors, to support strategic decision-making. Deliver timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including Board-level presentations. Oversee the implementation and optimisation of FP&A systems and tools. Support M&A activity, including due diligence and integration planning. Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ideal Candidate: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant FP&A experience in a private equity-backed environment. Strong background in the hospitality, restaurant, or multisite sectors. Exceptional financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives. Experience in M&A and business transformation projects is highly desirable. Commercially astute, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
