Location : New York, NY (on-site) Job Type: Contract Salary: $22/HR Summary You'll act as an on-call Concierge/Doorman, providing exceptional hospitality, greeting guests, and coordinating package deliveries. Responsibilities Welcome guests, assisting with any requests or inquiries Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor Monitor and manage access to the building, ensuring security protocols are followed Receive and manage package deliveries Requirements 6 months of residential concierge experience 5 days of flexible availability per week (Mon-Sun) Experience with BuildingLink management software Excellent customer service and communication skills
