We are currently looking for a HR & Payroll Officer to join the London Starhotels team on full time basis to support our three properties in South Kensington Area (SW7). The successful HR & Payroll Officer candidate will be able to demonstrate: Previous HR experience ideally within the hotel industry. Highly responsible and organised person with good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude Meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality Proactive and able to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet all deadlines HR & Payroll Officer duties and responsibilities: First point of contact of the HR Department Managing the administration function for the HR Office. Ensuring tasks are completed professionally and in time. Providing HR support in areas such as recruitment, training, performance and attendance. Preparing and delivering training sessions to employees and recording and maintaining all training records managing the administration function for the HR Office. Processing payroll, auditing and verifying timekeeping records, managing deductions and overtime and ensuring salary payments comply with local laws.
