Digital Product Analyst - Hardware/Digital Solutions FTSE100 FMCG Business - Birmingham (Hybrid Working) Permanent Opportunity - £45k Benefits Our client, a prominent FTSE100 FMCG organisation, is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join their Digital & Technology team. You'll be responsible for analysing the performance of their EPOS systems including hardware and software. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive hardware testing for POS terminals and digital ordering systems Perform diagnostic procedures and functionality assessments Investigate and troubleshoot hardware-related performance issues Use device management tools to monitor hardware metrics Create detailed technical reports of hardware test findings Technical Skills Required: Proven hardware testing and device management experience Understanding of POS system hardware infrastructure Proficiency in diagnostic methodologies Knowledge of hardware performance metrics Familiarity with payment solution hardware What We're Looking For: Technical aptitude with hands-on hardware testing skills (basic testing) Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail Ability to diagnose complex hardware performance issues Strong documentation and reporting capabilities Experience in hospitality or retail technology preferred What We Offer: £45,000 annually - 25 days holiday, Health Insurance, Life Assurance Hybrid working environment Cutting-edge hardware technologies Huge growth opportunity with an established FTSE100 organisation Free food and drinks on site Passionate technical professionals should submit their CV highlighting hardware testing experience.
