On behalf of our client, an innovative hospitality group, we're seeking a dynamic and ambitious General Manager to lead the transformation of a boutique hotel in Scotland. The Opportunity: We're seeking a highly hands-on General Manager to spearhead the operational transformation of a boutique Scottish hotel. This role is perfect for someone who excels in day-to-day operations and guest service, and who thrives in a challenging, growth-oriented environment. This role is ideal for an aspiring General Manager who is an operationally strong hospitality professional who's ready to take on a significant challenge, work extremely hard, and turn it into a success story. You'll need to be comfortable with a lean, all-hands-on-deck approach initially, with the opportunity to build your team as the hotel grows.
