The Role Working on the all Section's except Pastry Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service Managing and ordering your own section Keeping and maintaning hygiene standards and work areas clean The Person Already an experienced Chef de Partie Experience of working in a busy Hotel or restaurant Excellent communication skills Capable and able to work unsupervised Salary & Benefits Salary to £28-30k Monthly tips Straight Shifts Meals Benefits & Discounts Application.
