Help in menu development, ensuring seasonal and local ingredients are at the forefront. Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent culinary excellence. Manage stock control, ordering, and maintain food cost management. Ensure the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as a Sous Chef , ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Passion for food quality, presentation, and creativity. Sound knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations.
