Duties and responsibilities related to the In-Room Dining Night Waiter/ess role Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted and fulfilled. Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of presentation and etiquette. Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels. Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations. About you Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
