Duties and responsibilities: Motivate, train and supervise all L’ARIA Outlet colleagues. Ensure that Mandarin Oriental, Lake Como’s Legendary Quality Standards, policies and procedures are properly understood and followed by its team. Ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining standards in terms of food, service, health & safety, and reputation. Conduct training and development for the outlet’s staff as needed. Ensure that the outlet’s team has a good knowledge of food and beverage and delivers it to the guests. Ensure that the outlet’s grooming and hygiene standards are always met. Deal with guests’ complaints according to MO standards. Take special care of VIP guests. Ensure that tables are arranged and set up according to MO standards and policies. Ensure that service stations are correctly arranged and set up. Ensure that all staff members are familiar with the correct billing procedures. Perform every other duty as assigned and deemed appropriate by management. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B Operations within luxury hotels/high-end restaurants. Minimum of 5 years of F&B Management experience within high-end restaurants/luxury hotels. Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus. A Tourism or Hospitality degree. In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and beverages. International work experience. Excellent attention to detail and guest service attitude. Charming and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Multitasking and teamwork skills. Flexible schedules and working hours, plus the willingness to work on weekends and holidays. J-18808-Ljbffr
