Mission of the Position: Responsible for the maintenance of company assets, compliance with technical and legal obligations, the maintenance and energy budgets, the Risks AIP and SAVE for the hotels in their OC. Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to Chief Engineer Operations Center position. What will you have to do? Detect, consolidate and analyse engineering needs and opportunities in the hotels under their responsibility and provide feedback to both the OC and the Engineering Partner. Ensure compliance with technical and legal obligations in the OC buildings and facilities, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), the prevention of occupational risks, customer safety, ecology and the environment. Together with the HM and the OC Director, act as a Preventative Resource for activities that involve risk, ensuring the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) of all staff and coordinating as required with external companies in OHS matters. Supervise the resolution of any technical or legal incidents. Coordinate the teams in both the OC and Business Units and provide instructions for carrying out the activities in the Preventative Maintenance Plan. Supervise the implementation of company policies and projects in matters related to energy use. Analyse and prioritise OC investment requests for the Risks AIP, collecting all the required authorisations according to MHI regulations. Participate in the preparation of their department's budget according to the set guidelines. Periodically analyse the P&L of their department, review all departmental revenues and expenses, seek to maximise results and identify opportunities for improvement with the support of the Business Partner. Conduct their team’s performance reviews. Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Procedures and Instructions. What we are looking for: Previous strong experience in hospitality. Strong knowledge of budgeting. Professional knowledge of both Italian and English.
