Key Skills: Senior Telecoms Network Engineer with proficiency in configuring and managing Avaya and Mitel PABX systems Experience with hardware, softphones, IP phones, gateways, and servers Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols Autonomous with good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills Fully fluent in English Key Tasks: Support migrations, monitor the solutions to implement, and create documentation Manage telephony projects, including planning, execution, and documentation Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Support telephony systems across multiple regions and time zones Handle cloud-based telephony solutions and unified communications platforms Diagnose and resolve telephony issues Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed Handle/Configure various PABX features such as OpenScape, OScAr, Contact Center, IVR, and concierge services Integrate PABX features with other business applications and systems For full project details, please apply with your latest CV or call Brendan with your questions.
