In this key role, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving business growth. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional service. About You: Were looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong leadership abilities and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a management position within the café or restaurant industry. Ideally, experience with PDR events. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities. A solid understanding of operational costs, inventory, and financial management. A passion for food, beverages, and providing memorable guest experiences.
