What You'll Be Doing Valuation Process Management: Manage valuation instructions from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency. Leverage tools like Argus valuation software to deliver high-quality appraisals. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships as the main client contact. Deliver precise, tailored valuation reports that exceed client expectations. Business Development: Identify new opportunities to grow the business with existing and prospective clients. Provide informed, expert advice backed by market knowledge. What We're Looking For RICS-qualified surveyor with experience in commercial property valuation. Proficient in valuation software such as Argus, and skilled with Microsoft Office tools like Excel. Strong understanding of financial and reporting valuation purposes. Detail-oriented, ensuring the highest standards in data gathering and reporting. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Client-focused, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
