This is a key role within the hotel, with direct responsibility for guest relations, and in charge of ensuring a first-class experience for all visitors. Meeting and greeting all guests to the venue upon arrival, and taking feedback upon departure Complete knowledge of guest requirements and requests, allocating tables and reservations accordingly for both restaurants Show-around of the hotel and escorting guests to their restaurant tables and private rooms Liaising with all front-of-house departments throughout service to ensure constant excellence Calling guests to confirm bookings Why Choose Crazy Bear?
