Key Responsibilities: Provide a high standard of service to residents, guests, and visitors, addressing their needs and requests promptly and professionally. Manage and facilitate a variety of tasks, including booking reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions or services. Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, from maintaining the front desk to coordinating with maintenance and security teams. Offer assistance with special requests, ensuring an outstanding and personalized experience for each individual. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and service providers to enhance the overall experience. Day shift candidates will be required to cover night shifts (20:00 - 08:00) when night shift colleagues are on annual leave. What will you get?
