Sous Chef

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team here at Zuma. Our Sous Chefs are passionate, hands on and inspiring, supporting the head chef to consistently deliver the highest quality dishes. You will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently encourage the rest of the team to do the same. Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma London, the original restaurant located in the heart of Knightsbridge.
