As the Hospitality Supervisor , youll oversee a team of three, delivering exceptional service across a busy hospitality suite comprising 15 meeting rooms. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where youll work closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs & requirements are met with precision & care and every detail is handled with precision. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the go-to person between clients, Front of House, and catering teams. Managing room bookings and coordinating schedules seamlessly. Anticipating and exceeding client expectations in a fast-paced environment every time. Manage the day to day running of the Hospitality operations. Ensuring every detail of service delivery is executed flawlessly. Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and creating a "home away from home" experience for senior directors. What Were Looking For Proven experience leading a team in a high-end contract catering environment. Strong organisational & time management skillsyou can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat. The ability to liaise effectively with clients, managers and stakeholders. A hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and a "can-do attitude". Attention to detail that ensures every client interaction is flawless. An outgoing & confident personality, fostering team spirit and a supportive work culture.
