The Person The ideal Junior Sous will have the following: Experience as a Senior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous in professional kitchen environment. rosette or Michelin experience preferred. The passion and drive to succeed and push boundaries. A keen eye for detail and precision cooking Genuine desire to serve guests great food at a superb level. Live locally or have own transport.
