This vibrant venue will be offering exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. What you'll be doing front of house at The Fat Badger: Work within a close knit team on an exciting opening, expanding your knowledge daily with some inspiring and talented Leaders. Demonstrate your passion for food & drink, show off your knowledge to your guests by talking them through bespoke dining options, including ingredients and preparation methods, provide recommendations and answer customer queries. Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and suggest drinks pairings. Collaborative with the kitchen team, working closely with them to prepare for service, further your food knowledge through experience & understanding of cooking practises. Learn Daily and advance your knowledge in wine & Service. About you, our new Waiting team member: Have a real passion for food and drink Be passionate and care about the detail, Love hospitality and enjoy what you do. Ideally have a strong wine knowledge. Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests. Flexible approach to work. Shift pattern During the initial opening of the venuewe will be openWeds Sun , Monday and Tuesday off Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative. Ideally Looking for a minimum of one year experience in a high end - food led business.
