If this sounds like something you'd like to get involved with we would love to hear from you What you'll be doing: Developing Comprehensive Financial Reports: Prepare detailed monthly P&L and annual budget reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Oversee accounting practices to ensure strict adherence to legal, tax, and financial regulations, minimizing risks to the organization. Conducting Financial Audits: Perform thorough internal and assist with external financial audits to ensure transparency and accountability across all financial operations. Preparing Financial Statements: Generate accurate and insightful financial statements for stakeholders, and upper management, tailored to meet their specific needs. Managing Financial Operations: Oversee payroll, invoices, expense processing, VAT filings, and other critical financial transactions to maintain seamless operations. Producing Financial Forecasts: Assist and present financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and ensure sustainable growth. Presenting Key Insights: Deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations to upper management, providing actionable recommendations based on financial analysis. Ensuring Account Reconciliation: Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. What do we expect from you?
