Executive Design Assistant Intership

New hotel tenders: Facilitate the bidding process (debriefing, research, product mock-ups and 3D renderings, pricing, graphic design output). Project management: Interfacing regularly with suppliers to track timelines and to ensure all design elements meet the highest standards. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-up communications. Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations. Core Competencies: Proficiency in English and Italian. Adaptability and keenness to learn, continuously seeking and receiving feedback from the management. Previous experience in fashion/design/luxury brands. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD and other design management platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, creative thinking to solve problems, and adapt to changing project needs. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
