Our client is currently seeking a skilled UAT Tester to join their dynamic team and assist with enterprise UAT testing on various platforms and systems. They are looking for someone with experience in regression and functional testing working with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, IVR, Web Applications, or Desktop Applications. If you're looking for a new position with enterprise exposure then this is it Responsibilities: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software meets business and technical requirements. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for regression and functional testing. Perform testing across various platforms, including IVR, Salesforce, Web Applications, Desktop Applications, and SAP. Identify, document, and report defects and issues to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Validate fixes and enhancements to ensure they meet user expectations and requirements. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance user experience. Maintain detailed documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT). Strong experience with regression and functional testing. Proficiency in testing various platforms such as IVR, Salesforce, Web Applications, Desktop Applications, or SAP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automated testing tools. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
