Job Description
As our next Reservation Team Member, you will be: Responsible for all reservations over the phone, by fax or internet, e-mail and handling all associated operations Increase and optimise room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy In this role you ensure guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Companystandards. Follow up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team. Handle reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand. Enter reservation details precisely and correctly. Ensure that information is passed on to the people concerned. Confirm the reservation; taking care over written communications. Communicate and cooperate with the other hotel departments. Qualifications Guest focused personality is essential Experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Additional Information What will you get?
