NPD Technologist

Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with our dynamic agri-food client in their search for an NPD Technologist for their site based in Dungannon. Reporting to the NPD Manager you will develop new products and processes from concept to launch. What your day to day will look like: Lead and support the development of new products and processes from concept to launch, including cooking, testing, benchmarking, and factory trials. Manage and prepare accurate recipes, QAS documents, trial reports, and customer specifications while organizing sample submissions and packaging requirements. Coordinate with customers and suppliers for samples, presentations, and project updates, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective communication. Plan and organize resources for trials, launches, and product presentations while sourcing ingredients and ensuring availability for all stages of development. Work with chefs, technologists, and the NPD team to execute daily tasks, maintain the kitchen, and participate in events such as food shows and exhibitions.
