Job Overview: We are seeking a full-time Senior Concierge for our prestigious hotel in SE1. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for greeting and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional with a passion for service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and departure. Provide courteous services such as opening and closing doors. Assist guests with their luggage and offer directions to different areas of the hotel. Park and retrieve guest vehicles with the utmost care and professionalism. Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and surrounding areas. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel. Clean driving license. Passport/Visa (Proof of Ability to work in the UK).
