Very well reviewed & well regarded Boutique Hotel operation located in a beautiful, historic part of the city. The company is an established privately owned Boutique Hotel business with a clearly defined target demographic. The site includes upscale accommodation, significant meeting & events space, gardens & multiple F & B outlets & has been lovingly restored & includes 45 beautifully designed & furnished rooms plus very smart suite accommodation. Our client is looking for a strong, entrepreneurial Hotel General Manager operator or someone who is currently a very strong No2 looking for their first Hotel General Manager appointment but has the experience of leading a similar single site business & a track record of maintaining standards & driving profitability. This will be a hands on Hotel General Manager role - leading a team of circa 50-60 staff & would suit someone who maybe tiring of running their current business from the office due to the rising amount of bureaucracy within their current company & wants to reconnect with their guests.
