Key Responsibilities: Deliver impeccable table service with precision and professionalism. Guide and advise guests on menu options, wine pairings, and special dishes. Manage your station and ensure it operates efficiently and seamlessly. Uphold Michelin-star standards, ensuring every detail exceeds guest expectations. Collaborate with the Head Waiter and Sommelier to enhance the dining experience. Train and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and skills.
