The gastronomic operation is well known for servingfresh and seasonal foodto a cracking standard, using only the very best suppliers. Ideally, the perfect Sous Chef will come directly from another premium fresh food operation and will show a passion for all thingsseasonal and foody. There will be plenty ofopportunities toinfluence menus and specialshere, but more importantly to carry on progressing within a growing company such as Mosaic. S o the perfect Sous Chef will have experience in this also.
