What Youll Do: As our New Openings Head Chef, you will work closely with the Operations Team to manage and oversee the setup and training of the back-of-house (BoH) operations for all our new locations. Your expertise will enable the teams to deliver their culinary magic, while ensuring our kitchens run profitably and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the BoH operations for new openings across all departments working closely with all head of department to ensure a smooth and succesful opening. Support the Operations Team in maintaining and updating the BoH training structure and materials. Act as the key trouble-shooter for food quality and training at site level. Provide operational BoH solutions and deliver high levels of support, guidance, and training. Ensure food quality and company standards are consistently achieved, with fully trained and motivated staff. What Were Looking For: Multi-site hospitality experience as an Area Chef or Openings Chef. At least 10 years of professional kitchen experience, currently at a Senior Sous Chef level. Previous experience within pub/restaurant openings, QSR, and full-service operations. Expertise in menu engineering, focusing on labour, cross-utilization, and SKU management. A strategic thinker, your opinions and ideas matter. Ability to build credible relationships quickly and lead effective training. Creative flair and strong problem-solving capabilities. Organized, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic, with clear communication skills. A commercial approach to kitchen management.
