JOB SUMMARY As a Sous Chef in Kitchen, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests.The Sous Chef also plays a vital role in menu planning, recipe development, and staff training.Your tasks as a Sous Chef will include but not be limited to: Support the Head Chef in daily operations of the restaurant kitchen. Ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes, maintaining the luxury standards of the hotel. Act as a role model and leader for the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Enforce hygiene and sanitation regulations as per legal and hotel standards. Ensure all dishes reflect the restaurant's luxury branding and vision. Collaborate with the restaurant team to address guest feedback. Ensure all dishes exceed guest expectations in a luxury dining environment.
