Were working with a manufacturing business based in Cookstown who are growing their current team. Theyve go over 25 years experience and have grown into a market leader. Theyre looking for a Technical Customer Advisor to deal with customer queries on their product lines including parts and accessories. Youll be providing excellent customer service over the phone and email to their customer base all throughout the UK and Ireland. What do you need? Customer service experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment. Ideally have knowledge of small engine electrical machinery or power products. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
